Meditative Practice on
Awakening the Divine Feminine Within

Hear inspiring stories of the female yogic sages of India, and be guided in meditation, relaxation, and breathing practices to affirm the divine feminine within.  You'll be introduced to a beginning level practice specifically for feminine empowerment and peace in meditation.  How does this perspective bring energy towards honoring and celebrating the reality of the world?  There will be a brief presentation on the Shakta (Divine Feminine) tradition in yoga and meditation.
